Taiji  Qigong  (or Shibashi which means 18 movements in Chinese) is one of the most popular Qigong which extracts some of the best movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and connects breathing and mental exercises of traditional Qigong. It was developed by Professor Lin Hou-Sheng  -Professor of the College of Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, Director of Qigong Research Institute in China and Honorary President of the International Society of Natural Cures- and Tai Chi master He Weqi.
